Supergirl Design

Okay, before anyone jumps down my throat screaming how Supergirl has never looked like this, I KNOW. So, don't tell me. This is what happens when you stick an old school comic fan in front of a TV just in time to watch the first episode of the new Legion of Super Heroes cartoon.

Actually, no. What happens is she initially froths at the mouth over the whole "Brainiac 5 is an android" thing. But I got over it. His personality and good voice actor helped. Though, I admit to twitching every so often.

But yes, my dream animated LoSH appearence --other than Shrinking Violet, whom they've already teased us with-- would be Supergirl. Kara, please. I know with Superman in the picture, if Supergirl were ever to appear, it would probably be at the end of the series to replace him, but I'd still giggle like a school girl with glee.

So, I got to thinking over how she'd look in the series, and this design came to be. I like the pigtails, so don't start. I wanted her to be young. Because, again, I am old school. So, if Brainy's portrayed as about fourteen, Supergirl has to be, too. And you know why. Yes, you do.
